Welcome to the Glasgow University Polish Society website.

Our aims are to integrate the Poles at Glasgow University and to advocate Polish culture, history and language among the students. We are committed to building positive relations between Poland and Scotland, as well as promoting Glasgow and our university among prospective Polish students.

Currently, the society numbers about 100 members from many countries around the world, and is constantly growing.

The membership fee for joining the GU PolSoc is 4 pounds per year and includes free entry to all regular Polish Society events, discounts for special events and in affiliated pubs, and an opportunity to win a multitude of prizes in our regular quizzes, competitions and tournaments. Members also receive an e-mail news bulletin informing them about all the attractions planned by the society.

We also offer many opportunities to get involved and enhance your CV, both by being active in the Society itself and in our joint projects with other organizations.
